Winter Biathlon Schedule 2007

The 2007 Winter Biathlon Series has been set! All events this year will again be held at Soldier Hollow. More information on fees and registration will be made available in the near future. The schedule for the events is as follows:

• January 20th, 2007. 2:00 P.M. (UT Winter Games)
• February 10th, 2007. 2:00 P.M.
• March 17th, 2007. 9:00 A.M.

Summer Biathlon Race Report

The first Summer Biathlon of 2006 was a great success! Thanks to the generosity of the Utah National Guard, some GREAT volunteers and enthusiastic participants, a good time was had by all! Congratulations to all participants - from the seasoned biathletes to the first timers - it was great to see everyone out enjoying the fantastic weather and good company.

Check out Ski Archery!

Archery Biathlon, also known as Ski Archery, combines nordic ski racing with target archery. Events are similar in format to rifle biathlon competitions, but participants use a bow and arrows rather than a rifle. Utah Biathlon is planning to team up with the US Archery Biathlon Association (USABA) in the future for a variety of competitions both summer and winter.
